In short, Rapid Resolutions Claims does what you need us to do. Our services typically include the following for our clients:
- Contact new claims within 24 hours of receipt
- Inspections will be completed within 7 days of receipt (often sooner). Any delays in scheduling we will provide a status update.
- First reports with reserving will be submitted within one business day after the initial inspection.
- 30-day reports will be provided on an as-needed basis.
- Ladder assist will be requested on a per claim basis.
